About Us
Thanks to generous grants, fundraising efforts, and the support of both corporate and individual donors, The Neighborhood Center proudly welcomed over 150 young people ages 4 to 18 last year! Our diverse range of engaging programs includes a nurturing Early Learners program for ages 3 ½ to 4, comprehensive Elementary and Teen Programs, as well as exciting summer activities. At the heart of all our youth programming are guiding principles that prioritize creating a safe and welcoming haven, promoting positive life choices, and enhancing community connections. We invite you to join us in this important mission, as together we foster a supportive environment where every child can thrive and explore their potential!
At The Neighborhood Center, we have a dedicated team of passionate staff members, all working together to create a vibrant environment for our youth. In addition to our staff, we are fortunate to have a wonderful group of committed volunteers who come from local colleges, church and civic groups, as well as businesses and corporations throughout the Lehigh Valley. Our community of concerned parents and neighbors also join in, lending their time and talents to enrich the experiences we offer. We warmly invite you to become part of this supportive family, where every contribution helps us inspire and nurture the next generation!

All staff and volunteers are required to pass a child protection/abuse form and complete a criminal record check. Since all programs and activities are provided with the help of volunteers, The Neighborhood Center wants to ensure the safety of its children.
On March 29th of 2002, The Neighborhood Center (formerly St. Luke's Neighborhood Center) was incorporated as a non-profit corporation and we received an advanced ruling for our 501(c)(3).
